This Privacy Policy explains how ChaseMe handles data when you use the app. ChaseMe is an iPhone-only app by Coding Mammoth BV.

Health and fitness data
ChaseMe requests read-only access to Apple Health / HealthKit workout and distance data so it can compare your current year-to-date progress with the same point last year.
- ChaseMe only reads the data it needs to provide the app experience.
- ChaseMe does not write health data back to Apple Health / HealthKit.
- Health and sport data used by ChaseMe stays local on your device.
- We do not upload this health data to Coding Mammoth.
- We do not sell, share, or expose your health data publicly.
- We do not have insight into your workout history or health metrics.
Subscriptions, payments, and Apple
ChaseMe offers a free tier with limitations and a Pro plan with monthly or yearly billing. All payments and billing details are handled by Apple through Apple In-App Purchases.
- Payment card details and billing information are processed by Apple, not by Coding Mammoth.
- We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat as a subprocessor for subscription infrastructure. RevenueCat helps us determine subscription status, available offerings, entitlement state, and restore purchases for ChaseMe Pro.
- RevenueCat is not used to process your payment card details.
- RevenueCat may process subscription-related technical and transaction data needed to operate Pro access.

Subprocessors and service providers
ChaseMe relies on a limited number of third parties to deliver the app, its subscription handling, and this supporting website information.
- Apple: App Store distribution and Apple In-App Purchase billing. Apple processes payment-related information for purchases.
- RevenueCat: subscription infrastructure and entitlement handling for ChaseMe Pro.
- Netlify: hosting for this website and these legal information pages.
- Google Workspace: email handling when you contact us for support or privacy questions.
Data we do not receive
Coding Mammoth does not receive your underlying HealthKit workout and distance history from the app. The app experience is designed so that your health and sport data remains on your device.
Your choices
You can stop using ChaseMe at any time and revoke Health access in iOS Settings. You can also manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
